RETURNS POLICY

We take utmost pride in our products which are all handmade one-by-one according to a very meticulous and high-quality process in Japan. 

Should for some reason occur a mix-up in the item(s) ordered or an unexpected damage to the item be determined upon arrival, we do accept returns IF you contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the item. Therefore, please check your purchased item immediately upon arrival.

SHIPPING

We can ship to virtually any address in the world using EMS Express Mail Service. Shipping fees will be calculated upon check-out. Any potentially applicable import duties/tariffs are the responsibility of the customer, NOT Noboru Shionoya..

Once your item(s) have been shipped you will be notified immediately and given a tracking number for your shipment which can be tracked via this link.

Delivery times range between about 5 - 14 days depending on destination, customs processing etc... Every order will receive an EMS tracking number and packages will have to be signed for upon receipt. If you need your item delivered faster, please contact us and we will try and arrange for a speedier delivery (additional costs will apply).
